Aloha!  My name is Sakara K. Blackwell and I am a real estate broker, investor and developer.  Although I was born and raised in Honolulu, I have lived in Northern California, the East Coast and my husband’s hometown of Dallas, Texas. 

I am the President and CEO of Optimum Marketing & Management Corp., the exclusive management company of Optimum Realty LLC, (SPACE) and Stellar Worldwide Properties.  I also serve as President and Principal Broker for Optimum Realty LLC.

With over fifteen years of sales and management experience, I have owned and managed an event production company, a Waikiki restaurant and two Waikiki nightclubs.  I also worked in the film industry on the East Coast and as an award-winning Sales Manager for one of the largest wireless companies in the USA.

My real estate career began in Dallas, Texas in 2001.  In 2003, my husband and I incorporated into Optimum Marketing & Management Corp and our investing adventures began.  I started dealing in international real estate in 2005, the year I started my own brokerage, Optimum Realty LLC, in Honolulu, Hawaii.  This year I plan to launch Stellar Worldwide Properties, based in Dallas Texas, which will serve as an online platform for international real estate sales.

My interests include travel, photography (I have a Nikon D80 with an 18-200mm lens), playing tennis, walking, reading and driving for dollars.
