Electronic Signature

With an electronic signature – or e-signature – documents can be signed online, without cumbersome printing, faxing, or mailing. Electronic signatures can replace pen-and-ink on any kind of agreement from real estate contracts to loan applications.

DocuSign is a secure and convenient way to get a legally binding electronic signature. It's fast and easy-to-use.

Online Transaction & Document Management

Upon execution of an accepted purchase agreement, clients are greeted virtually by our Transaction Coordinator, Karen Dresbes. Karen assists clients hroughout the escrow by scheduling inspections, communicating with the real estate agents, loan officer, loan processor, escrow agent, title officer, appraiser, termite inspector, property inspector, cleaners etc. Karen acts as a single source of contact for our clients from contract to close.

Additionally, Optimum Realty clients are given a secured website with login and password protection. They are able to view their transaction calendar, updates, executed documents and anything else that pertains to their transaction. With this information at their fingertips from any internet access port, clients find the real estate transaction process to be less of paperwork nightmare. At closing, the file is burned to a CD and sent to the client with a copy on file with our office.
