:: Oahu Luxury Turn-Key Rental ::

As property managers, we specialize in luxury turn-key or corporate rentals on the island of Oahu.  If comfort, attention to detail and VIP Client Services are what you are looking for, this is it.  Our services are all-inclusive and our standards are above all others as every property we offer includes the following:

• Designer Furnishings: in most cases, our furnishings and accessories are chosen specifically for each property and are in like-new if not brand-new condition.  Our design division, (SPACE), shops at Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Dezign, Honolulu Design Center, Pier One, etc.
• Towels: we make sure bath towels are ultra-absorbant and match the decor in each bath.  Additionally, pool/beach towels are provided. 
• Beds: all matresses have a temperpedic-type topper for better comfort and are then lined with a mattress pad for protection.  Mattresses are also steam-cleaned.
• Linens: sheets are always 100% Egyptian Cotton with a minimum of 300 thread count.  Down comforters are used, however, down-alternative or cotton is available upon request.  Pillows vary from down, down-alternative, cotton, cotton/polyester, memory foam to feather and can be specific upon request.
• Toiletries: all starter toiletries are provided including shampoo, conditioner, bath gel or soap, lotion by manufacturers such as L'Occitane, Elemis and Aveda.
• Kitchenware: all dishes, utensils, cookware, glassware and appliances are provided.  We assume clients will be cooking, entertaining and storing therefore even tupperware is provided.
• Electronics: we understand your needs in your home away from home and provide a minimum of one flat screen television, an ipod player, a printer/fax/scanner/copier and a secured wireless internet router.  If you forget your mobile phone charger, please let us know as we keep an inventory on-hand.  We also have wireless phones available for our international visitors.
• Housekeeping: twice-monthly housekeeping is provided (laundry and ironing are available by request).  More frequent cleaning can be provided for an additional charge
• Maintenance: monthly air-conditioning maintenance is provided.  Any burnt-out lightbulbs will be replaced at this time as well.  We ask that clients submit maintenance requests as soon as they are discovered.  This can be done online at http://OptimumRealtyLLC.com/Maintenance
• Utilities: all utilities are included the rental fee (electricity, water, gas, basic cable, local and US long-distance phone, high-speed internet)
• VIP Client Services: clients may contact us for relocation services, travel coordination referrals, lifestyle-related referrals, real estate-related referrals and building contractor referrals. Airport transportation and lei greetings are also available for a fee.
